    Arcanist Quest lvl 25 Not Showing Up - Grimoire Fandango

    I'm having a strange thing happen. Though I am level 25 - and just hit 26 in fact - I am not able to get the lvl 25 Arcanist quest (Grimoire Fandango). It should be available from the guild guy - but it's not showing up. Anyone else have this issue? Am I missing some obvious yet crucial thing that I need to do? Help please!
