There needs to be something done about this. Unlock our accounts from CT drops. I am currently canceling my subscription until this is taken care of. It's unacceptable that as a paying customer that I be treated this way.

I don't want a pretyped response. I want a full letter apology and action taken. I've seen the premade responses that tell me to look "here" or "here" with absolutely nothing at the destination of the link. I've been autoloot locked out twice. This is absolutely absurd.
