I'm no sure if you're being sarcastic, considering how huge some mounts are, and minion's sole purpose is to take space.

But I guess everyone's right, we don't need speech bubbles with the option to turn it off for those who don't like them.

Btw, is anyone else buying the OST to get the minion? Isn't it awesome? Such a great addition, thanks SE. The best thing is how no one can turn them off so they're forced to see how awesome I am.

I'll put it in my way but they did say it in a nice way. It just look ugly and wont fit with the world of final fantasy it's too cartoon for them. I very happy they put there foot down once again. Even if it's a high requested feature i'm happy they would say no to it.

Things like this in other game comes with a toggle option. The people who scream I DO NOT WANT THIS simply do not have to click the toggle. People complain they want this Vs people complain they don't want this: answer = OPTION BASED TOGGLE

The people who scream MAKE CONTENT OVER QUALITY OF LIFE simply do not realize that the developers who will work on a toggle (more than likely) are nowhere near the developers who work on content.

At the end of the day, more quality of life = happier community and friendship circles of blossom friendship stuff...

If I remember correctly from beta, it was because the memory required for it could cause stress, especially on the PS3.

No current plans means no plans - It's as simple as that, you don't need a reasoning and as stated, it's not PS3 limitations, they simply don't want to and that's perfectly ok. Is the chat system in current form unusable in any shape or form? As in, can the game cease to function if you don't have speech bubbles? I applaud that they'll focus on more important adjustments, this really isn't that important in the long run.

It makes the game look ugly, adds a huge amount of memory usage in populated areas, requires a lot of effort to implement...need I go on?
