Don't think i ever said that, i even put in a caveat that it's not going to fail because of chat bubbles but rather SQE continually ignoring or shooting down customer requests.

You're right, they are different things. The server lag is a game breaking problem that SQE needs to find a solution for if they want -any- subscribers.
The chat bubble request is a simple showing that half of the game's player base doesn't understand how a development team actually works (as they think that the ones that work on dungeon content and art would be the same people on the chat program); It also shows a continuing trend that SQE does not care what their customer base is asking for; which while won't result in the loss of subscribers on it's own, it is another notch on the board from customers that notice a trend of problems.
