1 Time Item Restore (once per year)

I guess I am making a post to see and to hopefully let the dev's see what I want and other gamers would want rather than a 1 item restore per account.
once per year would make perfect sense to me, What do you guys think?

P.S. I do not feel that the fantasia potion should fall under this 1 item restore per life of the account because at some point they will have these on the market place but I do think that we should only be allowed on that potion maybe 1 restore on that specific item only. Also so that would make it were players did not abuse that restore.

This post is for us gamers to respond to and hopefully the dev's or someone could take this into consideration.

I think they already do this to some extent.

E.g. if you accidentally delete/sell a valuable piece of kit, they'll restore it on a one-time-only basis.

The article says it's generally a one-time restore only, but they will still escalate further requests for consideration. If you used the restore long ago, it's obviously grounds for accepting the request (not a guarantee, but you have higher chances).

then why does this fantasia potion have to fall under the once per account life time restore? Its not right, I mean for that one item I can understand restoring it one time and one time only but for it to take my entire account 1 time restore as they told me kinda sucks and I've waited over a month and keep getting the run around. I am very very close to deleting my character just to be able to remake the character I started with, I messed up and didn't want to use it back when I did. It was a mistake.

Quite simple really.. Because that item is an item they intend to sell.

At this point I have no faith it will be restored for a while at least, I am worried by the time it does they will already have them on sale in the mogstation.
I even talked to someone ingame and they said don't use the restore, Told me to cancel my sub then get the rewards starting back at the 1st one would give me another potion, I guess the thing that hurts is that I did not mean to use mine and I did. I do not want to delete my character and lose all my hard work I have put into him either but its very tempting because I made a new character on another server and in the mail I have a fantasia potion for new characters.

No, each character created gets all the bonus items you have tied to the account, such as Fantasia, CE items, pre-order, etc.

That is what someone told me in game, I wouldn't hold to it though because It may not do so. Then again I only log in now to see if the potion is restored, I will not play as a female character at all! So if I have to quit the game and cancel my sub and I have 6 days left I will not renew it.

Once a year is still too much. Considering there's alot of things that might possible to happen.

Probably once every major patch is good enough, which is like every 3 months?
