I posted this in 29.12.2013 also tried in game submitting help , no sulotion till today.
Got replay that its in development team but its like 2 mounth since it happened and I need those items.
If I will not get serious answer soon I quit this game.

Steps:
After patch I look to find out 2 peaces level 90 allagen disapper from my charecter, few days before I was leveling SCH if it has anything to do with.
I reported same day in game UI with no answer then wrote here and only now got respond to make this form.
In game got respond yesterday that you take it to developers team, but I want to know how long it takes?
This items cannt be sold or meld so I couldnt mistakely do anything wrong.
Please I worked too hard on those 2, so I ask to return to me.

Don't want to be inopportune, but from december 19th to january 17th is not "almost two months". Is less than 1 month.

Same thing happened to me with PLD Valor Cuisses. My bug report was accepted and is currently with the investigation team. My prob was gear disappeared on gear swap inside turn2.

This was four weeks ago. I'm guessing it is happening to a lot of players and with limited resources it is sure to take some time. My main gripe was this is my accuracy piece for coil and leaves my seriously gimped at the moment.

Hang in there! I have my fingers crossed that it will be returned soon also or 825 Myth down the toilet.

This is bad enough but my biggest fear is that is happens AGAIN since it is already noted as an accepted bug.

Give it a few more weeks.
