Trust me, if its a Tank or Healer requeuing constantly they are doing to for easy Myth. If it is a DPS that is not accepting, its because they went AFK and missed their Q OR they been in Q for so long that they ran out of time to run a dungeon. A normal DPS Q is normally 10 to 30 min, kind of impossible for them to spam Duty Finder.

Tanking is a job, DPSing is a science and Healing is an art.
If the Tank dies, it's the Healer's fault. If the Healer dies, it's the Tank's fault. If the DPS dies, it's their own damn fault.
The punishment should be that they make some new content so that people have something to do .
wut? look who just screwed up the queue?

I press join in progress for I queue for ct and usually end up with an in progress one cause these people spam withdraw and reset the rest of our queues.
pre'nice.
So in other words you(and others like you) want the largest reward, for the least amount of work at the unwilling sacrifice of others? And you don't see a problem with that?
Courteous to whom? Most certainly not the people who got a queue only to have you withdraw.
Whenever you are about to do something that only benefits you, ask yourself "Is this the way it was intended to be used?" If the answer is "No." then you've just defined yourself an exploit.

I see nothing wrong with it. Especially the part about the unwilling sacrifice of others. That's what the majority of people are for and that's how they're used.
I honestly call this a personal problem. Queue with 7 others and problem solved. When you're able to make 24 man groups in time, 90% of this whining will go away.
As a Lawful Evil Sociopath (both in game and real life) who only does things because I benefit from its completion, why would I ask myself the intent of a system I have already chosen to manipulate for personal gain?
"What is this? You must forgive me, but I was not expecting company. As you can see, we are somewhat preoccupied right now, but no matter. As I am a gracious host, I will tend to you... Personally." ~ Nexus-Prince Shaffar.
Well Ishmachiah, let's see by thumbs up to our two posts who better reflects public opinion, and thus what should dictate future changes. Somehow I believe you are of the minority.
But as a lawful good sociopath(no clarification needed), I commend your braisen attitude. If only more people would show us the true face of evil, we all could act accordingly.
Cheers!
You do realize someone not hitting commence within the time limit and someone repeatedly queueing up and withdrawing right away are two completely different things right? In your picture that DPS was most likely 1) AFK or 2)been waiting in queue so long they no longer have time to do it. What this thread is talking about is when jobs that get instantaneously queued for a duty and then immediately withdraw when its not an in-progress more than half way done run. DPS cannot do this because DPS queue is NEVER instant. Minimum of 10 minutes upwards of over an hour. I have both PLD and WHM at 50 and the majority of the time I can get instance queues while on those jobs in 5 seconds or less of me hitting the queue button. This makes it really easy for trolls and lazy people to do this repeatedly to try and fish for a partially completed duty so they can snag easy tomes at the end. My main is monk and I can tell you with DPS queue time we're happy just to get a queue to pop in a timely matter, not going to withdraw to try and troll and then wait another 30 mins >.>

Odd, my monk gets a CT group about as quickly as my tank. I could totally withdraw spam if i only wanted the last 2 bosses as a dps.
