Tanks/Healers that queue and decline repeatedly

As the title states, this is about tanks and healers who queue up and decline duty finder queues repeatedly.

This is an obvious form of griefing and it needs to be addressed. Sure, I could sit in Mor Dhona and spam for a premade party, dealing with the mass spam of the area, or use party finder - which I still need to spam because a LOT of people don't actively use that function. Or some would tell me to make a tank/healer - I have one of each.

A form of punishment should be exacted on those that actively hit the decline button after a certain number of times. Like a 5-10 minute penalty where they are not allowed to queue, like the 30 minute penalty that's already in place for leaving a duty. CT and primal queues are long enough as is, without having to deal with people who actively grief in this manner. Sure some might actually be busy and hit the button - well.. they're busy. A 5-10 minute penalty wont phase them if they're actually busy.

If I queue for WP or HM dungeons i'm looking for easy myth. I hit the "join party" just to find people close to or at final boss. If the party is fresh i hit withdraw and wait a few minutes.

That's exactly why I hate using DF because people like you want the easy way of scoring myth tomes; I always spend several minutes waiting for an actual group to queue up because someone wants to keep withdrawing for not having the optimal join.

It's not a matter of wanting something other than tomes, it's a matter of not wanting to carry leeches.

Are you aware that you use other ppl for you? If everyone would do it there would be no party. But no word will help here, i know... ignorant ppl like that just wont listen. At least not until they learn something in life from aging...

So in other words you(and others like you) want the largest reward, for the least amount of work at the unwilling sacrifice of others? And you don't see a problem with that?

I do it, others do it, its whatever. I do however wait a minute or 2 before I re-queue. That is courteous.

I see nothing wrong with it. Especially the part about the unwilling sacrifice of others. That's what the majority of people are for and that's how they're used.

I honestly call this a personal problem. Queue with 7 others and problem solved. When you're able to make 24 man groups in time, 90% of this whining will go away.

As a Lawful Evil Sociopath (both in game and real life) who only does things because I benefit from its completion, why would I ask myself the intent of a system I have already chosen to manipulate for personal gain?

Other who? I join a party of 3 others just like I would any other party, infact I'm helping the people who need a healer because their other ditched them. Who is the bad one? Me joining a party that would fail otherwise, or the healer that left the dungeon unfinished? And to take it a step further, are you saying I'm the bad one for doing something someone else would do? have you never joined a party in progress?

Please do not try and muddy the matter, you are clearly not using the Duty Finder as intended(knit picking for the best results for least work). As your previously quoted statement said; you are continously leaving queues only to join when you have found the dungeon that is right at the end to gain the biggest reward for the least effort. Meanwhile the other people who are trying to do the dungeon from the start, can't get a queue because you(and others like you) are repeatedly leaving the queue for any new dungeon. So because a high volume of people are doing the same thing, many other people are waiting increasingly long periods of time because of your desires. While 1 group gets a benefit from your actions, many others are left painfully frustrated in your wake.
