    Revenge of The Chefsbane, Retainer Vocate (Limsa)

    Unable to speak to NPC "Rose" to finish the culinarian lvl 50 class quest, attempts to speak to other npcs was normal except the Retainer Vocate, can not talk to her either. Nothing happens except my character turning towards them. Abandoning the quest and restarting did not help. Switched classes from cul to anything else and i was able to speak to Rose, and chose the small talk option. However, when picking the red option for the quest, nothing happens, not even the usual "This class must be undertaken by Culinarian message" does not appear.
