Summoner Pets

I'd first like to address something that kinda turned into a downer for me, and that is how the Carbuncle summons gets replaced with the Titan and Garuda Egi. There should be an option to summon the old pet still, I understand they are the same pet mechanic wise, but I for one would much prefer the Carbuncle model or at least have an option to still use it. Maybe give Garuda and Titan their own summons like Ifrit.

Also I'd love to see more summons pet's as more summons are encountered. For instance Siren is in Pharos Sirius, I understand this isn't a Trial, but there should be a Siren Egi added! As well as any other Summons added in the future! I understand there are a lot of summons but that just means you have a lot to work with and make the class very appealing. Just some thoughts.

1. No, you can still play as Arcanist. Summoner gets summoner pets, Arcanist keeps carbuncles

2. This will most definitely be the case for Leviathan, the bigger primals, not the small ones like Siren. In FFXI they did give SMN a whole bunch of Summons.

1. No one plays as a class everyone takes a job and with good reason. A Summoner will out DPS a Arcanist and gets more abilities. So no, Carbuncles shouldn't be exclusively an Arcanist pet.

2. That depends on your take of "Bigger primals" Siren is still a primal no less and there should be an Egi of her, a CC egi would fit her theme.
