    40,000gil went missing from my character

    Time:January 13th or 14th (please check original in-game bug report for tighter time frame)
    Frequency:1 time that I know of
    World name:Hyperion
    Character name:Bucy Stark
    NPC name:NA
    Monster name:NA
    Class/Level:NA
    Party or solo:solo
    In-game time:IDK
    Area and coordinates:Limsa Lominsa, Lower decks 7,12
    Steps:
    1.asked player I did trade with (Judia Chan) to confirm how much gil I traded
    2.reassessed the purchases I made from memory
    3.submitted in-game bug report and opened a support ticket
    4.was advised by support to submit another bug report here
    5.wished there was an in-game means to confirm my spending
    6.hoped for a speedy (speedier) resolution to my problem

    I feel I need to add, it pisses me off that the support person seems to have spent no time making any attempt to resolve this issue. The very fact that I am asked to submit a bug report for a support issue demonstrates to me that my ticket went unread. Furthermore the email reply I received was sent at the end of their business hours, proving to me the support person had no intention of servicing my ticket in a timely fashion. I suspect I only received an email so support can cover their butt's, because it is SE policy to respond withing 2 business day. The fact that I received this litigious non-reply angers me further, as it is disrespectful to hide behind fine print.

    Thank you for submitting your bug report, if you could modify your steps to include the events that lead to the possible system error I would be happy to forward your information over to our dev team so that the matter can be investigated further.     I wish I could, I can't remember such particulars from Tuesday. Also, I suspect, that if this wasn't my error, then someone may be using an exploit like from a few months ago (gil hack). I don't think this is a bug. I only posted here per instruction from SE support telling me to do so. I really just want to go over my gil spending for the day in question. There has to be some sort of spreadsheet someone can access.

    Also, I received an email from a GM:
