choco and gc leve

i can use my choco for normal level but yet i can't for gc leve sad part it's the bird that wears thier colors with pride, does anyone know if they are going to alow us to use our choco with gc leve, mabey make them not part of the party over all kinda of like the arcanest pets that would also help with hunting with them why on duty wait.
