    I suppose the only thing we can do is continue to like and reply to threads similar to this one until someone gets a clear response. Both my ISP (AT&T U-Verse) and SE NA customer support reps continue to blame one another for the problem while ultimately doing nothing/saying nothing about it.

    Balmung Lag spike

    I've been playing the game for quite some time now, and never had a issue with lag. But tonight that all changed and I have seen some rather horrible lag spikes in the game, it really is starting to get unplayable, especially when trying to run dungeons.

    when i checked back on the forums and saw their response it made me sick. I am so disheartened by this problem I cancelled my sub. I have completed their "tickets" for this same problem and their response is -well are other programs running in the b/g? ...um, no, pretty sure I'm better with the computer than that esp since i'm playing online games. Or they ask if I have tried to reset the router or reinstalled the game-all of which I've done (more than a few times) and I'm really not going to waste any more time re-installing a game that hasn't worked for me since 2.0 came out. In Beta I had no lag it was WONDERFUL! But ever since then, I can't rely on logging in and running a dungeon until I see how temperamental my connection it is at that day/time. Several times I've had error msg after error msg until it kicks me off completely destroying my will to log on again. It takes up to 2 min to load into zones and I'm always late to the fight in guildhests/dungeons. My computer meets or exceeds all specs for the game but again SE says it's my and my ISP's fault. Thanks a lot for reposting this issue for those that are having problems cause it's pretty obvious SE won't listen to us until there's a lot of ppl chiming in.

    I don't mean this to be a rant, I really love the game-I just can't play it.

    About 16 hops in for me on Level3.net Montreal router and on a bad night, it sit's here, near 30% packet loss from los angeles. This is using 900 sample trace routes.

    2.1 Lag

    Same problem here. Haven't been able to complete an instance in a week now so I just gave up hoping that SE is fixing the problem. If there is no resolution in the next week, I'm demanding a refund for the 3 month payment I just made. I can spend that money elsewhere if SE isn't going to fix a problem that doesn't let me play their game.
