Same problem here! Unplayable game! grrr SE!!!



This happened to me about 2 months ago to the point where all I seen was rubberbanding, and death due to latency issues. I highly recommend you look into a VPN program like Pingzapper that tunnels your connection to Square-Enix servers. There is a free trial associated with it for 1 hour intervals so you can test it. If you like and want to subscribe, use "Wagram" in the referral section and you'll receive a free extra 30 days when you sign up.
Lastly, I noticed when I had to do this that not all VPN programs work for one individual. Battleping for example did not work for me, so always try the free trial first.

We are not supposed to be using external programs to play a game that 1 week ago was working fine.. my problems started 1 week ago.. since the Betas I never had any kind of latency or lag problems. Same problem today on PRIMAL datacenter.. I'm from CHILE with ISP MOVISTAR.. we need a fix soon.. I just don't want to play anymore like this

Same problem here, from Ragnarok server. Never had any problem from the first days of beta test. A couple of week ago started this bad issue. Can't play a P2P Game in this way..
same problem the game is unplayable like this and the problem start from like 1 week ago, i play in Hyperion plz fix this .

Still dealing with latency (over a month now). Traced it definitively to nodes associated with Cogent. Tried to raise the issue with ISP (again), tried to get them to raise the ticket to the Engineering level, nothing done. The countdown now is about a week until I suspend my subscription (meaning I'll play until the day before it would charge again).
After reading up across this forum and others, it's looking likely that we'll never hear a response. They're either going to quietly fix the issue or not. Keep posting though, I'm sure someone's reading.
