    There is no excuse for SE not commenting on the situation. The issue is between SE and the T1 networks in Montreal (Cogent and Level 3). Not you or your ISP.

    I determined my issue being Level 3, via trace routing and bypassing them via a proxy service.

    This doesn't resolve my problem though. As I refuse to pay on top of my monthly sub and 50/50 Internet, a monthly proxy/VPN service fee just to play this game when I am less than 350mi from its server and the routing itself under 500mi. So I deal with the lag for the time being.

    10:55pm on Moogle (EU) frequent and huge lag spikes, resulting in a 90k error. Once again problems at cogentco notes, and now including Moogle server IP packet loss.

    edit - 11:25pm Moogle server lag has stopped, cogentco packet loss remains.

    I've heard of the level 3 problem and same with me I've been dealing with it (for a month now) I keep posting here now to bump it up and just so it won't be counted "as resolved" because of the lack of people posting on it

    Balmung today, again during peak hours was near unplayable at least on my end due to packet loses when connecting to the Montreal Level 13 node when I did a trace route earlier around 9:00 PM EST. I did another one as of 11:50 EST and while the lag slimmed down a wee bit, its still there along with all its warping people goodness >_>

    I've been playing the game for quite some time now, and never had a issue with lag. But tonight that all changed and I have seen some rather horrible lag spikes in the game, it really is starting to get unplayable, especially when trying to run dungeons.

    I have Comcast broadband and I'm getting very bad stutter style lag and makes endgame not possible. Still so many lag issues with this game it's like a bad joke from SE at this point. Fix your game please!!!!

Several times I've had error msg after error msg until it kicks me off completely destroying my will to log on again. It takes up to 2 min to load into zones and I'm always late to the fight in guildhests/dungeons. My computer meets or exceeds all specs for the game but again SE says it's my and my ISP's fault. Thanks a lot for reposting this issue for those that are having problems cause it's pretty obvious SE won't listen to us until there's a lot of ppl chiming in.

    I don't mean this to be a rant, I really love the game-I just can't play it.
