    I think you can reassign them every 30 minutes but it depends on how high your physical level is regarding how much points you get back. I just reassigned on lvl 50 phys and got like 80 or so attribute and 160 elemental points to reassign. Something along those lines. You can do it as many times as you wish but I'm pretty sure its a 30 min timer.
