Server Lag Since 13/01/2014

3mbps (about 1mbps realistically) although i know this is slow, i havent had this problem before now and none of my other services are affected

Always but most prominently in fights.. it happens the worst at the vassago fight in CT i also had issues where Garuda lagged and then was invisible to me.

Steps:
Just running the instances like normal.. from the start of the instance people stop moving for a few seconds then pop forward.
I have noticed that later at night EU time ie 11pmGMT and onwards the lag gets lesser which suggests to me its server population and the ammount of people on the servers. but when mentioned to the party i am with only 2 or 3 of us are experiencing the problems.

At its worst i cannot chain any skills together, i get the animation but no damage or dotted lines on my next skills

I am a tank and cannot play without the ability to chain anything and if you know your player base well enough without rose tinted glasses you will know i have been getting alot of harrassment for it aswell

I would suggest Square Enix look into possible routing issues on the Level3.net in Dallas/Chicago/Washington/Montreal...

I'm also having this problem with the same ISP. Everything was totally fine last week and nothing about my connection has changed, and other MMOs are fine but I've barely been able to play FFXIV this week since I lag so terribly all the time.
