i saw people with this mount 4 days after 2.1 released, how did they get to trusted (150) when you get 15 per day

They were riding it (for "FREE") as part of the daily quests Frankly - they're not that much impressive IMO though I like the jump animations so everytime I ride them (as part of the quest as I'm still unsure if it's worth investing 120k into them) I jump all the way like rabbit ...

BTW - second tier of quests will gain you 10 philos each - so +60 per day if you do them all.
