I went to Crystal Tower today and we had a tank with us that had never been there before. We tried to explain tactics to him within the party the best we could before someone else in the alliance pulled anyway. The tank to his credit was doing great. When we arrived at Atomos we let the new tank grab the adds, but once again didn't have time to explain where to position them; he was confused as to what was happening and we wiped. The following abuse from the alliance was sickening;

"Kick that tank out of the party."

"Don't let the noob do anything important."

"You just killed everyone. GG."

We even had one person within our party try and kick him, which was denied by everyone else, including myself. We tried to find out who tried to kick him, but a few members were just silent. Stick with your Free Company Kat and try to fill it with all the friendly people you can find.
