    What they said, plus it should be brought to 20%ish HP before the transition so it goes down half a second after Garuda hops.

    Our group has done this fight probably 20 times, and this was the first problem of this kind we have had. Seems like server timing was off or something, started to remind me of Titan HM plumes. See yourself out of stuff but still in it.
