Is this game worth playing?

Hello everyone I'm just wondering if this game is worth paying and playing as I've experienced the old god-awful original game! What are your opinions on the game? Thank you

You have to have an active account to post on the forums. (Edit: Apparently that's not true.) Most people with active accounts, who read the forums, are currently paying for and playing for the game. It's a very, very small percentage who've cancelled their subscriptions, but still have time left and still read the forums. So your sample size has a bias; most of the responses will be from people who are paying and playing.

That being said, yes. It's miles better than 1.0. There are still issues and a lot of things that could use polish, but it's playable and enjoyable.

Yes I did have a paid service but never got around to playing so I wasted my money there anyway lol! But I have 6 days remaining and as I haven't played properly yet that's why I'm asking.

If you have any interest at all give it a try for sure. Both new and old players alike are finding quite a lot about it to love.

It's a very good game, my favorite since 2007. Definitely play, and the game doesnt start until you hit max level honestly. The storyquests and everything are interesting and will keep you entertained somewhat but the real fun starts at lvl 50.

Other peoples opinions are just that - their opinions. Best thing to do is download it and try it out for yourself as everyone's opinion on what is good and what is bad differs.

This is NOT correct. There are tons of things to do while you make the way towards level 50. Please people do not all be in a rush to get to the end - enjoy the scenery on the journey there and you will find it more interesting. I am in no rush to get to level 50 and yet I am having a great time. Why rush to the end and then do daily grinds over and over and over again?

I feel the total opposite; Bored to tears at 50. The main story and all of the questing is what interests me in a MMO. Dungeons and raids do not.

So, the gaming being worth playing is definitely opinion based. I say it is. Even if I find endgame for be boring.. it's still worth the price for me.

I enjoyed the game up until 50. At 50 it becomes grinding, dailies, raging, and elitism.

So depending on what you like, you might enjoy the game up to 50, or start enjoying the game at 50. It's worth trying.

If you can look past some game-breaking glitches, and lag on certain fights, then yes.

Also make sure you have people to play with.
