You are not forced to level other classes, but without swiftcast (only one example) you can forget endgame...
What is important for someone isnt for the other! So stop complaining if others say "must have"...
Dailys is just one single example of beeing "forced", there are a lot more who miss cross-loot, just look at stone farming (only for basic gear and NO weapons!)
SE is forced to add similar gear just because the ability to gain them is too specific and no cross-loot, so we end up in a balancing issue all the time while they could have solved the issue much better - other MMORPGs already learned their lessons...

Meanwhile, those of us with the patience to wait it out will have our mounts. You will never get anything in a mmo by arguing that you personally don't have the time when many others seem to be able to do it just fine. You are in the minority, or an outlier. Also, No one is forcing you to run this content for some "must have" reward. The content locks you out of nothing but a pet, a mount, and a few dyes. Hardly a big deal.

You need up to 45 minutes for 6 dailys (depending on some conditions more or less timeconsuming) and SE will add at least 2 more tribes in near future, that makes it 90 minutes. So you will tell me they stop adding primals and beast tribes? How naive! Furthermore the dailys will not stay at this level of friendship, we will get more quests... My bad, if I join FFXIV next year i will never be able to finish any of them because all is set up for those who daily logon - look on achivements and "when" you are able to "achive" them. New players are on the bad end of the robe... burned
Enter a themepark, pay for a rollercoaster and then after starting: "Reaching the finish line - lext year"... locks you out from doing other rollercoasters in the same park, because forcibly having to ride the first one till the end...

All you get from the dailies are some mounts. I don't see what's so heartbreaking about not being able to log in every day to do them on a schedule. You'll just get the mount a bit more slowly than the people who do log in every day. This is such a dumb thing to cry about.

All you get from Ex primals is a weapon, next you tell us we can skip that too?
All you get from CT is just ilevel80, next you tell us to skip there too...
That kind of arguments make me sick, you can not tell where others have fun in!
