It doesn't matter if you don't enjoy the content, think it's implemented poorly, etc, the point is to get you coming back on a daily basis to complete specific tasks.

Sure, you could play 12 hours every Saturday and be geared as somebody who plays an hour or 2 a day but that's NOT the point of MMO's and never will be. They've always been about the journey and not the end but nowadays people want the opposite.

I play tennis so here's an analogy, do you think someone who practices 6 hours a week, all in one day, would progress faster than someone who practices 3-4 days a week?

Working in the customer service industry myself, it's the same everywhere. Everyone wants the best of the best and expects top notch service customized to them.

As a person who comes from WoW, I can already predict the future.

Someone will now start posting comments such as "But I pay for this game the same amount as you do, I deserve the same as you! Boo-hoo!". Well guess what, you do not.

You pay for a subscription. It's up to you what to do with that time. If you play for e.g. 2 hours a day you cannot expect to be the same as a person who dedicates e.g. 10 hours a day just because you pay the monthly fee. It's not how MMOs work. Basically everything that needs to be said was already said here:

Or you can continue to play, but PLEASE do not expect to get the same things as someone who actually dedicated his time into a game.

someone else who misses the whole point of this thread.

dailies suck because 1 hour a day for 7 days (7 hours of playtime total) is better than 10 hours a day for 2 days (20 hours of playtime total).

nobody is comparing a 14 hour gaming week vs a 70 hour gaming week.

Did I? Did I really miss the point of the thread? From the OP:

    Greetings,

The beast tribe daily quests were specifically designed to be an activity that player's could challenge each day, and not as something you'd stock up on and clear all at once. As such, we don't currently have any plans to change the system.

The Problem is not the cap or the limits in general, its the PROGRESS.
Most such mechanics are working fine because you can buy good stuff, so far, so good...
The Key is: You can buy gear from other content and are NOT forced to do dailys alone!
Same with other Stuff, when doing content you may gain things from dailys.

Its that kind of cross loot thing, that SE have to understand.... as long as they bind it to exclusive content it will fail. Its the time management SE does not understand. When we have 2 hours a day to play, we will not be forced to waste that time on dailys just to have little to nothing progress in gaining something we wish for...

Meanwhile, those of us with the patience to wait it out will have our mounts. You will never get anything in a mmo by arguing that you personally don't have the time when many others seem to be able to do it just fine. You are in the minority, or an outlier. Also, No one is forcing you to run this content for some "must have" reward. The content locks you out of nothing but a pet, a mount, and a few dyes. Hardly a big deal.

Hvinire, I swear I am nothing short of honored to have a staff member reply to my thread But nonetheless, my response:

I understand that this feature was implemented with a certain functionality in mind. I also understand that there are currently any plans to change the system. But I beg of you, please don't let that stop you from reading and taking into consideration the opinions of the players that posted in this thread. Many players have expressed how they feel this system is not ideal. Many people here post that this game is already too watered down because of casual players. Well let me tell you. I am a casual player, and this game is most definitely NOT that casual friendly in terms of progression. It is definitely friendlier than other MMO's, but still not friendly.

    Thanks again for the reply!

I think you need to see this from both sides. The casual gamer finds this game too "hardcore". "You have to log in every day to clear stuff". The hardcore gamer finds it ridiculous content gets nerfed and casuals can clear the same content while facerolling. <--- examples

Solution: give the hardcores a reward (clearing content w/o echo buff rewards allagan gear where the text on the item, when you hover over it, is in green instead of whatever the standard color is). Im making stuff up here, just to point out how a minuscule change can have a huge impact.

Let the casuals refrain from dailies without losing the option of obtaining gear, completing story mode and whatever other argument has been made. Let them be able to do the same content, whenever they like, with assistance if they choose to do so.

I don't see a problem other than the casuals screaming that hardcores are being rewarded and they're getting nothing.

Why can't you put in a limit per beastman group instead of six to be divided between all of them?
