Bug during crp quest

Steps:
Accepted lvl 30 crp quest, talked to Marcelloix, went to childrens play area and entered an instance, found 2 children, left instance, started running around looking for the rest of children, came up to archers guild, seen a quest icon on my mini map, approached the door to enter archers guild. Then my character stops right before the door and pauses, like it wants me to enter an instance, but nothing happens and then it lets me move again into the guild. There is no (!) quest icon in the game to correspond to the quest icon on my mini map. Each time i try to move through (enter or exit) the archers guild it pauses me like it wants me to enter an instance, but doesnt.
