I pre-ordered the game but accidentally created a service account separate from the first. Now my second has my pre-order items while my first has the PS3 collectors and original PC collectors items. I put in a ticket on August 15, 2013 to which I figured the reason they were just taking a lot of time was because of all the complaints they were having because like any new game has. I called into support today and they told me sorry but we cant help you, even though we have proof you registered them on time your codes are expired. I asked to speak with a supervisor because like many other patrons of Square-Enix I invest tons money on there games, and the first tear support specialist made it clear she was not able to help.

I do not believe that this is the way to handle customers and would hope that management will work to find solutions to problems that do not fit into the nice little problem boxes. The reason I did not call sooner is on the site try and find a number to call.
