Cannot continue Main Quest!

I have been playing since version 1.0, and I played the launch of 2.0. I stopped playing because I thought this was a bug that would be fixed after a couple months, but I guess only I am having problems. I have done the main quest "Duty, Honor, Country," it is COMPLETED; this quest ends in the room "Heart of the Sworn," but I had some lag and did not talk to the next NPC in "Heart of the Sworn," to initiate the next Main Quest before leaving the room. I left "Heart of the Sworn," and now I can no longer re-enter this room. I have spent the time to talk to every NPC I could talk to required for the next main quest to no avail. I have used the DUTY FINDER and no Main Quest pops up at all. There is literally no way for my character to get back into that room to talk to the appropriate NPC to initiate the next part of my main quest. I have been stuck in Ul'dah and Gridania, I cannot go to Limsa Limanosa via boat until this quest can be completed, or advance in the story any further than this because of this.
