What section to report Vote-Kick misuse

I know that we report people under harassment if someone votekicks another for undue reasons but what about when people request to be vote-kicked? This is clearly a misuse of the votekick system, would it be under cheating even though doesn't involve third party tools and such?

Nothing can be done, since there is no way to prove it, unless a GM is literally in the instance watching as it happens to make a call. So, its an issue with vote kick feature being poorly implemented, and you just have to take the kick and move on.

The OP is talking about people asking to be kicked from instances that they wish to leave but do not want to get a penalty for doing so, I believe.
