Aye. Unfortunately that is what I was referring to originally. I don't think that the programmers are incompetent, I think that the core coding of the game (not necessarily the game's mechanics) is severely inflexible to the point where implementing simple changes makes things unnecessarily difficult. It's important to have tools that make the game more malleable on the fly (from a programming perspective) when making an MMO (something that is made to constantly change, hence the justification for the monthly fee). It is to that degree that I find them incompetent. Whoever originally coded the game in that fashion.

It's a bit unfair of me to have such a position as I'm not a programmer, nor am I a game designer, but as a consumer I feel it's akin to going to a mechanic and them saying they can completely re-haul my engine, customize my body, install an in dash touch screen computer, and convert it into a hybrid, but they can't inflate my tires "that's very hard to do".
