scrolling text for party finder in HUD layout

I think it might be a good idea to make an automatic, non-stop, continuous scrolling text in HUD for party finder. It would be good exposure and advertising for people who are making parties. Right now people don't see it so it's kind out of sight, out of mind. And it's kinda hard to find people for party finder unless you advertise it in chat.
