I know someone was asking about DirectX on the NA side forums so just translating this part for Reps answer they got from YoshiP.

ご質問にあったDirectX 10/11などへの対応についてプロデューサーの吉田に聞いてきました。

PS3版の動作を考えると、今すぐ対応する予定はないそうです。

将来的にグラフィックに大きな変化や変更が入る場合であったり、DirectX 10/11の普及度合いであったりと、必要なタイミングを見極めての対応を行っていきますとのことでした。

This's already been posted over in the Overtaxation thread, but yeah. . . Basically they don't think enough people are using DirectX 10/11 to bother adding in support for it yet.

Do dx9 cards even sell anymore? lol

All ATI 6000+ and 5000+ support DX11 and nvidia 400+500+.

Probably even cards lower than that have dx11 support but probably cant run the game lol

They cant get dx9 to work properly, they too used to consoles, so i think risking dx10 or 11 would break it back to alpha lol

yeah dont know a whole lot about graphics cards and such, but i payed like $85 for mine about two and half years ago and it has direct x11 support....
to me thats pretty sad considering the one thing i do know is that PC technology outdates itself within a few months, so how is it that not many people are using 11? isnt 11 old news now anyway?
