The title may sound funny, but that's the issue I'm having right now.
I've playing the game for about a week now, and before that I watched some playtrough videos on Youtube to get a general idea of what the game offers. When I first stared playing I didn't notice it, but after some hours I noticed that the game did't look as nice as in the videos.
The first thing I noticed different was that while I play, most of the time the clouds on the sky are missing, here are some screens:

And now, how it looks most of the time:

And then I noticed something else....not only are the clouds missing, it seems that the whole ambient lighting is also missing (along with most of the bloom) and the game looks really "meh" without it.
So, now my question is: Is this part of the weather? Or a graphical glitch? Since sometimes I'm just walking around and suddenly the game "loads" the clouds/thing and everything looks prettier. But I haven't checked if the weather changed.
Thanks in advance~
