Lightning Fates Question

Hi again, i was only able to participate in the lightning fates for two items. I was wondering, is there any place to get the items? some one told me The NPC named Harold? I think the event comes back.... hopefully ; - ;

Thanks also uh, when i did the fates i was a different gender, then i got tired of my appearance so i used fantasia. . . now i do not know if im able to do the events again to get the new set of gear for my current gender.. . because you know how the gear is unique and can only have one. Well now im wondering if i will be able to redo them. . . Thanks in advance
