Yes, mine is a very similar situation. Before 2.1 there were very few instances of lag...after 2.1 it's rampant. I've been in contact with customer service at both ends, I've been troubleshooting constantly, I'm playing on PS3 with all the settings recommended to reduce lag and nothing is improving. And, no, I've gotten no definitive response as of yet concerning what the deal is. Maybe I'm torturing myself, but I'm gonna keep trying, playing what content I can, and troubleshooting up until the day before my monthly billing cycle comes up...then it's time to unsubscribe.
