1.Accept "Stash of Herbs" and "Spear of Heaven" leve quests
2.Proceed to attempt the quest
3.After a certain point, the replacement nodes top spawning in "Spear of Heaven" and "Stash of Herbs" only produces 7/8 nodes to begin with

This is similar to the miner eye for an eye feildquest. It is a lvl 35 levequest that would spawn only 7/8 nodes. This has happened to all the members of my FC on the NA Lamia realm who have reached that level on their miners. It was very frustrating so I just mined normally so that i could level past it.
