Parry rates, block % and armor calculations

Like do you block 20% dmg with 0 str with a 10% chance with 0 dex. or block 30% dmg with 20 strength and 15% chance with 10 dex? Something like this.

I read this and, although I understand what you're asking, all I can think is no DRG for party ><

There are ways to bump your dodge chance, but it's not a permanent thing. Like Blind, which is subject to diminishing returns. And Featherfoot, but Paladins can't use it, Warrior can however.
