Sigh... that's really hard to come to grips with, for an old-school D&D player, who's used to seeing high DEX as being the "Ha ha, you missed me!" God-stat.

There are ways to bump your dodge chance, but it's not a permanent thing. Like Blind, which is subject to diminishing returns. And Featherfoot, but Paladins can't use it, Warrior can however.
