sometimes my Monk's Invirogate didn't restore TP

hi guys

ok, straight to the problem, i was doing Turn 5, then I used Invirogate, but it didn't restore TP

it happened some other time also, so I hope there's some info, tips, or confirmation from someone who else know about it.

Did you have the combat logs saved by chance?
