    They need to redo all the TP move animations also, almost every TP move is exactly the same.

    I think it would be very nice if the size/elaboration of the animations were dependant on damage/etc. My example of this is that a conjurer who lasts a weak Fire II spell will have a small puff of fire like what we have now. If however, that conjurer buffed his spell up and got a critical hit and a limitbreak the animation of Fire II would be quite large and specatular.
