30s and 40s PVP problems

If a level 50 enters a lvl 30/40 pvp, they will be synced to it, the only thing that lvl 50s benefit from being a fully decked PVE gear is that they've reached the stat cap, and like what Taneshima Popursa said, Morale and the resistances in the resistance tab in the character sheet will be 0, Morale and resistances only works in LvL 50 PvP, so if you want a semi balanced game, if you are concerned with fully PVP geared players, play lvl 30s or 40s PVP...

Once again it seems like another person didn't read my post and my detailed reasons for stating why these brackets are broken. Go play in these brackets for a day, fighting against premades with endgame level 50 gear, and you will understand. It was a lot better when pvp first came out, but every time I try to solo queue for 30s and 40s brackets, I'm up against a premade with level 50s. I have no idea why you ignorant people are defending it, and frankly you're not helping.

A) Level 50 players with Relic +1 weaps or even Zenith weapons are queueing in these brackets. Even with level sync, they are so overpowered that it unbalances the playing field.

1. As others have pointed out, lvl 50 players are stat capped. If a decked out lvl 3X player queue for lvl 30 PvP, they'll have the same stats as a lvl 50 because they're both capped
2. If someone is more geared that you are, why shouldn't they be doing more damage/survive longer?
3. What's stopping you from getting geared to compete with the lvl 50's?
4. If the group you got queued up against are lvl 3X players with gear good enough to hit the stats cap, will you be making the same complaint right now?

B) Said players above are often queueing with FC mates to form premades of mixed 50s and fairly well coordinated non 50s. Result is faceroll against other team. Extremely unbalanced.

1. If other team is more coordinated, why is it so wrong for them to win?
2. What's stopping you from going in with friends and be more coordinated?
3. This is like using DF for titan HM and hoping to down him consistently

Level 50 has a premade bracket, so why doesn't 30s and 40s?

1. Not enough people PvP to have so many brackets, queues will take forever
2. They simply do not care as much for 30's and 40's because it is not the meta. I don't know about you but if you give me a dev and let me fix anything about PvP, 30's and 40's will be the last on my list.
