Thanks, Enkidoh. It doesn't bother me I just hit the ESC key and move on. I was just trying to figure out what's preventing the OP from getting to their char and logging in. The only thing they mention is the intro movie being played.

OP: Can you get to this screen at all? If so, are you saying that the intro movie plays after you click Start?
