LvL 30 CRP Quest issues

I have found a serious flaw with this mission. At first I thought it was a bug.

Finally after spending a lot of time running all around Gridania, I headed out to the Black Shroud. I ran around the Black Shroud for a while. When it seemed there was no end in site I asked my ls for an idea where to find these kids. Someone said they thought archers guild. I went back to the archers guild and couldnt get into the instance so I looked up on-line and it says you have to parley with Nicoliaux.

WTF??? I talked to this kid like 15 times. So I go back and see that I have to open my menu to access the parley. I wasted hours looking for these kids because they put the parley option in the menu.

This parley game is dumb and needs to be removed, however the issue is they need to add the option to parley when you click on the npc, not accessing it from the menu.

This game is so frustrating, I want to scream. This is some serious poor design, shame on you SE, SHAME!

This quest is rediculous, even with looking on 3rd party websites I can not figure this out. I have just finished successfully parleying with Ryd, he said to look for a kid hiding in a box, well I had already left the instance and couldnt click on the box. However I did find a box by the leatherworkers guild that had a ??? next to it. I had to talk to the lady in the lancers guild to get back into the instance to find the boy in the box. There is just too much confusion with this quest, it is not written well at all.

Oh, this entire quest is a PITA. . . Parley with everyone. Everyone, everyone. At some point, I believe you have to tab-target one of them, even.

Oh, then it makes you do a fetch-quest, just for s's and g's. . .

It took me a while till I figured I had to (if I remember it well) talk with the kids 1st (click on them), then select them and chose parley in the menu next. Select > click > select > parley. And I also got stuck at some point due to getting lost since I didn't know which hotspot should I click (the ones on the ground etc.) if any, which kid I've parleyed to (some of them were not wanting to parley before others I think).... and the best thing is, there's no actual carpentry/crafting involved So yeah, very frustrated I was forced to parley with the spoiled brats. I'd rather just whoop their butts for being disobedient and get on with my life.
