You'd still have to follow all their guidelines and processes. Heck, even if you saw someone botting as a GM you just can't delete/ban him right away. A investigation HAS to be made for each individual case.

This. You're making it sound like the only issue right now is the GM's have a lack of caring that only a true fan could provide.

I know several people who did GM service for World of Warcraft when it was located in my city, and it sounded absolutely dreadful. I don't even want to imagine the nightmare it must be to deal with this community as a GM...
