How long does it take for an item to be restored?

Been 15days i made my demand and so far, no new emails..

Been about a month for me I finally got the reply from them asking me to drop the item I was exchanging. To be clear I said I didn't want the blm af2 pants anymore I asked for summoners af2 body. Today they asked me to throw away the pants and reply to them at what time. So it looks like they'll check my log for that then Moogle mail me the doublet or a gm will contact me. Like I said, roughly a month. If you haven't gotten any responses at all, send them a reply kindly asking if they got the request etc. btw when you click support desk, click the last tab itll show any responses you got so maybe you missed that just in case

Took a friend like a month to get his Fantasia restored. This type of thing isn't a huge priority for SE it seems, opposed to how WoW handles this stuff within a couple days.
