Crystal Tower - Players able to lock out alliance

I've started running into a really annoying form of harassment from troll players in Crystal Tower. Essentially a couple players enter the arena for the next fight/boss and then they're able to intentionally lockout the alliance from the fight and permanently halt a run. Here's what they did (most easily done against King Behemoth):

1. A couple players enter an arena, past the gate that seals after 15 seconds
2. One or two of these players aggro the enemies and/or boss and run out of the arena, kiting the enemies/boss away
3. The enemies kill the aggro'd players outside the arena around the same time the arena gets sealed after 15 seconds
4. The enemies then warp back to their starting position inside the arena and reset, but there are still live players inside the arena with no aggro, and the arena never unseals/opens. Enemies will not engage these players that had never made any aggressive action.
5. These players then proceed to taunt, harass and keep the arena permanently locked, preventing further progress.

One thing the many runs that I have attempted that had this sort of situation. Enact the vote kick option and let people know about what they do through the forums and report them through the in-game report option. Enough reports against them and I'm sure SE will look at it and see why this is going on.

Unfortunately you can't vote kick members of other parties in alliances, and these people have been doing this in large enough groups that they can control the votes and never get kicked. Reporting is somewhat useless in this situation since you have no idea what server anyone's from, so even reporting them by name (which I have done) could flag multiple people across different worlds.

You can go to the Lodestone HP (even while in the Tower, just Alt+Tab to Home Screen) and find the exact player there. It will show You what server they are from.
The Lodestone Page will show all Class Levels and a picture, so if the name is represented on different worlds You can sort them out.

We also appreciate you taking the time to report this concern you are having to us. However, since this sounds like a discussion on the current state of gameplay rather than a bug report, I will be closing this particular thread. We welcome you to post about this concern in the "Gameplay" forums in order to discuss changes you would like to done to the game.
