    TP Issues in certain dungeons.

I have been coming across a slight annoyance in some fights occasionally on BRD. The ones I think think of that are the most profound are the final encounter for Haukke Manor HM (Heliocarnassus) and Ultima HM.

In Haukke Manor HM by the time I get to Phase 3(Amandine add), I'm literally waiting on TP to regenerate so I can attack her. Luckily it doesn't effect the damage enough to negatively impact the fight, she almost always ends up hitting 0%, if not very close to. But it is pretty annoying. Now, I know I could use Army's Paeon to help with TP, but the 20% damage reduction doesn't really seem worth the hit. Especially since that fight is more a DPS race than anything else.

When she goes into Phase 4(charm), the charm actually helps give me enough TP that I'm not waiting anymore. Is there anything I've doing wrong on that fight that is screwing up my TP regeneration? Or do I just need to suck it up?

For one, you could level Lancer and get Invigorate.

Did you get Invigorate from Lancer (lvl22)? It's not too bad to get, and it's on the way to Blood for Blood if you want to be a total tryhard. I rarely have TP issues with it, unless there's an excessive amount of durable adds that need to be DoT'd up for good measure. Venomous Bite and Windbite have criminal TP costs attached to them.

And yes, I suppose you'll just have to suck it up... without Invigorate, at least. Not a single one of the physical DPS classes or tanks has a TP positive rotation if they're allowed to go all out, so Invigorate is extremely helpful in general if you get around to playing multiple classes/jobs.

You also have a song for that.

I've done Haukke HM without issues once in a party that had two bards. It was actually a very smooth run. Even at Halicarnassus and the Lady Amandine phase, where it's otherwise common to LB Lady Amandine to get her down faster.
As I don't do bard myself I can't say what you're doing wrong though.

Agreed, while some instances i have run out most of the time i do not
Just plan your rotations and level lancer for invigorate. For the TP song (Army's Patheon) it like every other song is situational.
If you have an all dps group that use tp you may want to in long fights but not worth it otherwise.
The 2 adds on final boss in haukke you only need to take one down at a time so really you should be fine.
Just bring in a dragoon to help out.

Invigorate is pretty much mandatory for you at this point. You will need it for anything harder than HM Primals.

Mages have a limit on their skills: MP. Physical DPS is the same with TP. Invigorate makes TP a much smaller issue.

I don't know of any reason for this, but it feels to me like TP management is more of an issue for me as Bard post 2.1 update. I notice it most in places like the first and second bosses of AK. I now have to use Invigorate where before I didn't.

Looked up the ability, seems like a nice buffer for those random moments, leveling DRG now. I guess I might as well take to to 34 and get Blood for Blood as well. Thanks for the info. Lately I seem to be riding my TP bar more and more, today I helped an FC member with an Aurum Vale run and was riding my TP bar pretty much the whole run. Never had that happen before. it was annoying as hell, lol.

And I rarely use AoE, the only thing I used it for in Aurum Vale was the pods on the last boss. In Haukke Manor HM, I don't AoE at all, I single target everything. I have that zone down to a science.
