    Although not as efficient as stunning, you can also avoid Lunatic Voice by stacking on Siren in the middle when she casts it.

    That's not Lunatic Voice, that's a different attack (AoE charm) and can't be interrupted because she can't be targeted while she's casting it.

    Lunatic Voice is a casted ability that will hit the entire party for relatively large chunk of damage and apply a disease-like debuff on them that will reduce healing received.
