Keep in mind that the charm ability where you need to top off the person also decreases healing on the target by about 50%, On SCH I use a macro to adolquium and embrace that target, which will top them off 90% of the time, and the other 10% time an additional physic will do well.

Hope for people able to silence lunatic voice, Otherwise you're going to have to struggle against the lesser healing buff.

How does silence work exactly? Im on Monk and the only silence I have lasts 1 second which seems kind of worthless. is it supposed to be cast before a spell goes off, or can it be done in the middle of a cast

It interrupts the cast when used before the cast is finished. It's basically a stun but only works for certain abilities.

Note that the monk one also has to be in a certain stance to work, so you can't just use the ability you need to combo into the stance and then use it.

silences are interrupts, those work to interrupt an ability in the moment she is casting it

It's really not too bad, succor up constantly, stoneskin up as much as you can afford to keep it up, especially on yourself but the dps as well if you can manage it. For much of the time the curse won't even stick due to bouncing off the double shield. Don't be afraid to over heal, if you've got mp there be sure to use it.

I don't believe you can Silence Lunatic Voice. Only stun works to interrupt it. If I remember correctly I moved to stun after silence did nothing for any skills in that fight.

I've been running this fairly often with a Paladin and Bard and they both seem to be under the impression that silences work and I haven't seen a voice go off on siren since the first time I ran it and we were just learning the fight.

while not difficult if you know the tactics, I'm absolutely baffled as to how a party of i48s are supposed to clear this.

Yeah, we had a lot of pain points when I did this on an ilvl72 SCH - part of it does seem to be a lot of the mechanics can be pushed if you dps too fast, so maybe with slower dps the damage goes out slower. But, even my ilvl82 WHM was struggling on siren when we first went to the place and didn't know any of the mechanics.
