If Hallowed Ground is to be an Instant Cast, why is there a wait time between the use and the actual applied Hallowed Ground?

Currently there are no new facial hair options for male characters. I either look french or in a early stage of puberty. We need to have full beard options (this means multiple full beard styles) on ALL races!
