When do you plan to move the european servers from america to a european datacenter?

The lag some of us european players have makes it impossible to do some of the endgame content like Titan Extrem Mode and a datacenter in europe would probably solve this issue.

A respec option was mentioned in the forums for people's Companions. Is that going to be present in 2.2? Having broken Skill trees because early-on people didn't know all the Companion Rank limitations makes it undesirable to level one's Companion.

In consideration that RMT is always a network of accounts which completely circumvents this concept, is there ever any plans on changing the single account item transfer denial?
