Going forward, how important is it to start implementing more decision paths for players? As of right now, Jobs blow classes away, dungeon gear is much better than crafted gear, there is very little mixing and matching of any kind of gear (i90 gear will be infinitely better than i80 gear in every slot, and so forth), and there are no talent trees or skill points (although it has snuck its way into PvP). There seems to be a lot of "absolute" decisions where one choice is so much better than the alternative, combined with the lack of character customization, Eorzea starts to feel like an army of clones as you get into the end-game. Do you guys see this as a problem? Skill trees and other things to make players feel unique have become a staple of MMORPG and single player RPGs for a while, and it definitely enhances the "role playing" aspect. If you guys don't see this as a problem, why not?
